James Randall Price bagan his career with the Jackson Police Department from April 2, 1979.   Officer R. Price received several personal letters of appreciation and commendation for his service to the community.  He was assigned to the patrol division and finished his last years of service working at Jackson Madison County General Hospital Emergency Room. 

Officer James Randall Price retired from the Jackson Police Department on March 2, 2013 after nearly 34 years of service with the department.
